    Call or send a pickup request with the pickup site, destination, priority and temperature needs.

  2. Pick up & seal

    Your courier checks the count, logs specimen IDs and temperature, and confirms UN3373 packaging.

  3. Secure transit

    Specimens ride sealed and upright in a locked, temperature-controlled container, never left unattended.

  4. Signed handoff

    Count and temperature are confirmed at delivery and the receiver is logged, closing the custody record.
